The writer Dr. Morsi Saad Eddin had passed away
The permanent secretariat of AAPSO mourns the departure of the great writer Morsi Saad Eddin, one of the notable personalities that enriched the cultural life in Egypt and in the world, especially when was nominated to be the first Chief of the State Information Service.

On this special occasion when the people in Ya’an city, southwest China’s Sichuan Province has been suffering the terrible earthquake hit, the Chinese People’s Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD) would hereby share with you the updated news on the disaster and the rescuing efforts, and thank you for all your kind concern and solidarity.

We heard with great sorrow the earthquake that hit Lushan, in the Siehuan province of China.
