The Afro-Asian Peoples' Solidarity Organization (AAPSO) is a mass non-governmental organization with national committees in more than 90 countries in Asia and Africa, and has associate member committees in Europe and Latin America.

27-28 March 2019
We, the representatives of the Afro-Asian Peoples’ Solidarity Organization Arab Solidarity Committees (Egypt, Palestine, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Sudan, Libya, Syria, Bahrain) gathered at the 29th Meeting of Arab Solidarity Committees in Cairo, declare that we are in utmost need for solidarity among our Arab peoples and all the peoples of the world who aspire for peace to prevail in the world, since without peace we cannot proceed with building our sound nation states on the basis of civilization, democracy and social justice, so that our Arab peoples can live a dignified life free from the grave dangers that threaten nation states with destruction. The international and regional situation is deteriorating at an unprecedented pace as the threat of nuclear armament, terrorism and mutual hatred discourses are growing day by day and spreading worldwide.
Inaugurating Congo Brazzaville Solidarity Committee
On December 7, 2018, under the presidency of Dr. Helmy El Hadidi-President of AAPSO and Minister Charles Nganfomo. Interior Minister for Decentralization and Local Development Affairs and Chairman of Congo Solidarity Committee. The committee of the Congo-Brazzaville was elected as one of the National Committees as it becomes a member International Committee in AAPSO.
CAIRO DECLARATION ON THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF FOUNDING THE AFRO-ASIAN PEOPLES’ SOLIDARITY ORGANIZATION
As we celebrate the elapse of six full decades of the founding of our Afro-Asian People' Solidarity Organization (AAPSO), we wholeheartedly remember the important and active role it has played in consolidating ties between our peoples and developing and boosting cooperation among our nations. We recall, with due appreciation, the role which our Organization has played in preserving world peace in the face of international forces that have triggered sedition, war and armed conflicts in the world, driving it to the brink of a new world by their arrogant policies which aimed at interfering in the affairs of other countries and at seeking to impose their hegemony on our peoples.
Statement of AAPSO Secretariat on the 70th Anniversary of the United Nations
The concept of "United Nations Organisation" came into acceptance during the closing years of the "Second World War" when representatives of 26 nations fighting the Axis Powers assembled on 1st January 1942 pledged their adherence to a World Organisation to be set up after the end of war.
