Palestinian issue passed through several stages since the start of the contemporary Palestinian revolution in 1965, where the revolution headquarters were moved among several Arab countries during the following years, leading to the Oslo Accords and the establishment of the Palestinian National Authority in 1994, and the return of most of the leadership members and cadres to Palestine.
Arab countries were the essential custodian of the Palestinian revolution for about thirty years. the Arab peoples also had a vital role in protecting the Palestinian revolution and supplying them with cadres and fighters, no doubt that the public support, whether Arab or international has had a significant impact in supporting the Palestinian cause at all levels.
Since 2011, and after what has happened in many Arab countries, internal problems were increased in most of these countries and ordinary citizen became more worried in his internal issues, which reflected negatively on public support and attention to the Palestinian cause as it was before.
From here we suggest upon Afro-Asian Peoples' Solidarity Organization forming a permanent committee to support the Palestinian cause.

we propose upon The permanent secretaries of the organization to circulate the proposal to all Afro-Asian Peoples' Solidarity Organization members and give them a certain period of time to study and comment, and if approved, we propose to have it in the tenth conference of the organization and intended to be held in Marrakech in October of 2016. we also suggest that the Committee consists of 7-9 of states members of the organization in accordance with a particular mechanism agreed upon .
We also propose that Egypt or any other country to be the host of the headquarters of this Committee, in addition to arrange an annual meeting to discuss its plans and achievements.
