The phenomenon of growing terrorism has increased anxiety and fear all over the worlds, which claimed untold victims, destroyed many countries, dismantled entities of the states, drive innocent men, women and children across borders, and damaged the infrastructure of many countries.
These radical Islamist groups, known as Al quada, ISIS and others are now expanding in countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia by exploiting local social problems which cause deep grievance. No country isn't immune from these terrorist groups, and if we don't work together effectively, we will all suffer the consequences.
From another hand, we all know that United States and other regional countries have established al-Qaeda and its sisters, and have encouraged the Global Campaign for jihad, which worked first in Afghanistan and then moved to other countries. And since the United States declared war on terror after the events of September 11, 2001, the volume of international terrorism have been increased and extended from Afghanistan in Asia to Nigeria in Africa passing through the Middle East and North Africa.
It is notable that Daash fighters aren't only from Arab countries, but also some of them are from Europe, Asia and Africa, so Daash Army became a national Army of terrorism.
In light of the global increase in the number and lethality of terrorist attacks ,AAPSO sees that it is not enough to condemn and fight terrorism, we must understand its causes, Especially when major power countries like the united states and other regional countries become involved in terrorism or utilize terror to accomplish the objectives of governments or individual rulers, and there are Three different ways that states can engage in the use of terror are:
• Governmental or "State" terror
• State involvement in terror
• State sponsorship of terrorism and extremism
Afro Asian Peoples Solidarity Organization concerns about the threat of global terrorist and its disastrous consequences on people all over the world, particularly the Arab and Islamic peoples, so AAPSO calls upon national Afro Asian committees and international civil society movements, United Nations and all other fighters against terrorism to be vigilant and close their ranks against international terrorism
