To AAPSO
Dear Friends,
It is always with great interest that I receive from time to time AAPSO's important statements and communications such as recently AAPSO's tribute to Nelson Mandela which recalls the long time support given to ANC by AAPSO, followed by a strong statement on December 10th calling for actions to expand respect o for people 's self- determination and human rights, the world over and, more recently still, the annoucement of AAPSO initiative and commitment to promote the establisment of a MEDIA UNION of AFRICA, ASIA and LATINE AMERICA.
I am very grateful to AAPSO to keep us informed in such a way.

At this festive time of the Year, I am happy and honored to present to AAPSO's President , to AAPSO' Secretary General, that I have the privilege to have known since the beginning of our cooperation with AAPSO , and to Friends in the AAPSO Secretariat, our very best personnal wishes and for the consolidation and the expanding of AAPSO's program of activities and influence.
