To His Excellency Mr. Ambassador of the Republic of Nigeria in Cairo

Excellency Ambassador,
The Permanent Secretariat of the Afro-Asian Peoples’ Solidarity Organization-AAPSO- has learnt with deep sorrow the death of hundreds of people due to the heavy explosion in Lagos which also has caused many casualties.

AAPSO expresses its condolences to the government and the people of Nigeria.
