The situation in Chechnya aggravated as any other war, whatever justificatory cover it has Destruction is unlimited, thousands of refugees in Chilly ice winter and thousands of victims, killed or injured.


In addition to all these tragedies there are the questions of torture, rape, aggression against civilians and collective burial. All these violations endanger human rights.


AAPSO, condemned any violation to human rights. Moreover AAPSO, called the Federal Government of Russia to make inquiries to find and name those who are responsible for the violations and bring them to trial.


The organization addresses the UN as an organization responsible for peoples peace and security, to intervene so as to stop this war and solve the problems of the people of Chechnya politically.
