With the great strides made in scientific and technological revolution unprecedented changes have taken place in communication and media. With these developments no country can remain in isolation, closing free flow of ideas and views, which shapes future humankind.
On Human Rights
Introduction
The Human Rights issue has occupied a significant position during the past decades of this century and in most cases has been given top priority in international agendas. These rights have become more crystallized. For instance economic rights, education and labour, housing, food, clothing and medication; all such rights that guarantee to a certain extent an appropriate life for mankind. Political rights and religious beliefs, the right of expression, organization, peaceful demonstrations and strikes, voting rights and equality for all citizens whether for the religious majority or minority, ethnic or national groups. Moreover, the rights of women and children, prisoners of war, civilians in occupied territories, political detainees, citizens under investigation or those sentenced to imprisonment, have all been defined in numerous agreements.

Introduction
Peoples have become an open arena for big powers particularly Americans, to perpetrate all forms of lethal experiments; killings based on treason and torture. This power gives itself the right to exploit the peoples of the world as well as its own people in its experiments. It resorted to lies and falsehood to cover up its crimes and exaggerated its deceit by raising noble slogans and crowned itself as their protector: human rights, democracy, transparency, international legitimacy and protection of the environmental a time when it has violated all these principles, laws and regulations with unprecedented ferociousness.

Introduction
The world is passing through a transitional period marked by conflict between international parties, big and small. The conflicts and crises are taking on various religious, ethnic, tribal and regional forms, at a time of growing economic crisis, nuclear threats, environmental dangers and irrational use of scientific and technological progress. "Preface"
1998 marked the fortieth anniversary of Afro-Asian Peoples' solidarity Organization. In reflecting the vicissitudes of the past history, the 40 years were eventful both for the organization and the Afro-Asian world. Although the charisma of the organization has been affected, as a result of the interaction of the conflicting socio-economic and political developments, nevertheless the relevance of AAPSO and its role had not demeaned.
