Governor of South Sinai receives the delegation of the African Asian Union

Governor of South Sinai, Major General Dr. Khaled Fouda receives the delegation of the African Asian Union (AFASU) headed by Dr. Hossam Darwish in his office in Sharm El-Sheikh

Fouda is considering holding a number of sporting and tourism events and establishing green tourism projects.

Major General Dr. Khaled Fouda, Governor of South Sinai, received a delegation from the African-Asian Union
It is headed by Dr. Hossam Darwish, Major General Hossam Badr El-Din, Secretary-General of the Union, Dr. Abdel Badie El-Dada, Head of the Union’s Lebanon Office, and Abbas Ramadan, a well-known investor and businessman in Africa and the Middle East.

The Governor of South Sinai welcomed the delegation and expressed his happiness with the Union’s efforts in the African and Asian continents.

For his part, Dr. Hossam Darwish thanked the President of the Federation for his generosity and hospitality. Abbas Ramadan discussed a number of important topics, including holding the Arab Futsal Tournament next September, holding the Egyptian-Arab International Investment Conference in Sharm El-Sheikh, and establishing several tourism, green and environmental projects. In Sharm El-Sheikh and discussing investment in the field of tourism technology, conference tourism and hospital tourism, establishing an electric taxi project in Sharm El-Sheikh.

The governor welcomed the delegation’s request for a visit within two weeks to discuss the details of the proposed projects and prepare a road map.

The delegation then visited the national network of South Sinai Governorate and the Egypt Services Center, the technological center in the new Sharm El-Sheikh City Council, expressing their happiness at what they saw of the modern technological system and technologies within the state’s digital transformation plan.
